These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ikaze RevPar platform as an agent. By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
As an agent, you are granted access to Ikaze RevPar to register guest check-ins, track your commission earnings, and manage your profile. You agree to use the platform in good faith and solely for its intended hospitality-management purposes. Unauthorized access, misuse, or any attempt to manipulate commission data is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for ensuring that every check-in you submit is accurate and complete. This includes correct guest names, identification details, property information, stay dates, room type, and payment amounts. Submissions that are found to be intentionally inaccurate or fraudulent may be rejected by management, and repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis. You may request a payout from your available balance, which totals all unpaid commissions from approved check-ins. All payout requests are reviewed and processed by an administrator. You are responsible for providing accurate payment method details (mobile money or bank transfer) when submitting a request. Ikaze RevPar is not liable for delays caused by incorrect account information.
System administrators reserve the right to approve or reject check-ins, process or decline payout requests, and manage agent accounts. This includes the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Before any account deletion, an automated notification email is sent to the affected user's registered email address.
Commission rates are configured per property and room type. The "This Month" block on your dashboard reflects commissions collected during the current calendar month, with advance payments indicated by a plus (+) icon and previously recognized amounts shown with a minus (−) icon to prevent double-counting. All figures update in real time.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
